Combining her expertise in choreography, creative direction, and mental health, LaShanna has built a unique career dedicated to elevating performers both artistically and personally. She seamlessly integrates emotional resilience, confidence-building, and artistic excellence to help artists achieve their full potential on and off the stage.

A proud alumna of Fort Valley State University, LaShanna’s artistic journey began as a member of the Blue Machine Marching Band’s Dancing Dolls and the Phases Dance Troupe. These experiences laid the foundation for her professional dance career, leading to teaching roles at prestigious studios and her appointment as Assistant Director at Eagles Dance Center. She also served as Dance Captain for professional teams, further honing her leadership and choreographic skills.

In her 20+ years as a licensed clinician, LaShanna specialized in helping individuals develop self-awareness, emotional strength, and mental clarity—skills that are essential for peak performance in the arts. Her counseling background now informs her coaching practice, allowing her to address the unique mental and emotional challenges performers face, such as stage fright, creative blockages, and the pursuit of artistic confidence.
